Daniel Schowengerdt is the owner of Schowengerdt Law, LLC and works alongside Prevail Wealth Management, focusing on estate planning, trusts, and business law. With 16 years of legal experience, he helps individuals, families, and business owners safeguard their assets and plan for the future.

Before founding Schowengerdt Law, LLC, Daniel was a litigator, handling a wide variety of legal matters, including trust disputes, civil trials, and business litigation. His litigation background provides a strategic advantage when drafting estate plans and advising business owners—helping clients not only prepare for the future but avoid unnecessary legal battles down the road.

Earlier in his career, Daniel worked with members of Congress, co-wrote a United States Supreme Court brief, and worked with the National Security Administration and the White House—experiences that sharpened his ability to navigate high-stakes legal matters. At the heart of Daniel’s practice is a commitment to building strong client relationships through clear, timely communication. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals and works closely with them to create thoughtful legal strategies that protect what matters most and offer peace of mind for the future.
